The Mahurangi East Resident and Ratepayers Association Inc. (MERRA) adopted a new Constitution at a Special General Meeting (SGM) held on 11 July 2025. The new Constitution is now in effect following MERRA’s re-registration under the Incorporated Societies Act 2022, which was completed on 15 July 2025.
The SGM also resolved to confirm that the executive appointed at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on 4 May 2025 will be the Executive Committee of MERRA upon re-registration.
